Today, we have learned that there is a bank account for the family at BB&T under the name of "Romona Roque". You can go to any local BB&T branch for a deposit on their behalf. You may need the address which is: 543 W Springtree Way, Lake Mary, FL 32746. BB&T will not take cash.

Friday, October 04, 2013 | | Cleaning has begun on the north entrance today.
Tuesday, October 01, 2013 | | Just a reminder... it appears there are still several houses that have not cleared bushes/trees from their side of the wall from coming over to the public side of the wall. We will be removing the offending foliage and charging offenders... so once again, please be proactive and encourage your neighbors to do the same.
Sunday, September 29, 2013 | | Work should be starting soon. This weekend I'm going to take some "before" pictures and then, of course, take some "after" shots so we can all see the improvements.
Friday, September 27, 2013 | | UPDATE: The contractor will be starting the wall washing etc. and prep work probably next week. Final colors are being decided this week. The concrete contractor walked the wall yesterday and will be submitting a bid to repair only the worst areas, though a lot of work needs to be done with the cracks and major damage from trees.

The new monument signs have been installed!
New irrigation begins June 1, 2023.
New planting and flowers begin June 5, 2023 - at monument sign locations.
New lighting at the monument signs are being redesigned, lifted and those plans with the electrician are Friday. Installation to come at a later date but soon.

On February 3, 2019, many of you may have noticed a large number of fire trucks and police cars entering the neighborhood. A house on Springtree caught fire and they were frantically trying to put it out before any other houses could be affected. The address is 543 W Springtree. No injuries reported. Please note that our houses are beginning to age... not not all of them well. My own home was recently stricken with some rotting areas of the sides and around the gutters. If left alone, this can grow to very expensive repair needs. I recently had a handy man that lives in the area work on my home and he's done an excellent job. I want to say that I received no discount for sharing his information, and I receive nothing in exchange for doing this.
