Welcome to the Lakewood at the Crossings website!

To get you started, this is an explanation of the menus at the top of the screen and what you'll find within each:
  • Home - that's this page! From whatever page you are on, clicking the HOME menu brings you back here.
  • Documents - here you'll find our core HOA documents such as our Covenants and Restrictions, our Notice of Intent to Enforce Restrictions, an Architectural Review Board form for any changes you want to make on your house/property, the Document Inspection Policy, and all our paint samples.
  • FAQ - these are frequently asked questions from your neighbors. If you have a question that isn't addressed here, send us a message on the CONTACT menu above and we'll do our best to answer it.
  • Events - this is our community event calendar, and if you create a login you can be emailed when events take place. Clicking on an event in the calendar gives you more details about that event.
  • Blogs - these are community announcements from both the HOA directly and from your neighbors, and you can create your own blog just by creating a login.
  • Members - this is a listing of all the people that have created a login on our site so far, and if you click on their link you can see the information they've shared with the community. If you're logged in, you'll find several sub-menus under the Members menu to allow you to add pictures, YouTube videos, or even blog postings to share with your neighbors.
  • Contact - here you can send us a direct message via our built-in email service and get contact information on the management company.
  • Login - this is how you get more access to the site. If you don't already have a login, this is where you can create your own!

On February 3, 2019, many of you may have noticed a large number of fire trucks and police cars entering the neighborhood. A house on Springtree caught fire and they were frantically trying to put it out before any other houses could be affected. The address is 543 W Springtree. No injuries reported. No details available at this time to determine cause. *** PLEASE NOTE *** Lakewood at the Crossings HOA is organizing a donation fundraiser at the BB&T bank for financial donations to help with the costs incurred for the family. More information to come. The family is looking for a home to rent locally while restoration and rebuilding take place. You can contact the management company, Bono & Associates, if you have a home for rent. Please leave a message for Penny, the HOA president. Please note that our houses are beginning to age... not not all of them well. My own home was recently stricken with some rotting areas of the sides and around the gutters. If left alone, this can grow to very expensive repair needs. I recently had a handy man that lives in the area work on my home and he's done an excellent job. I want to say that I received no discount for sharing his information, and I receive nothing in exchange for doing this. He just happens to be a member of the same church I attend and he's a good and honest man. I am not suggesting you use this man. That is a personal choice, and I encourage you to shop around. But I am suggesting that you consider repairs to your home, which is your long term investment. If you're interested in my own personal contact, his name is:John Crossett, Crossett Home ImprovementPhone: 407-790-1527jbcrossett@gmail.com
